Questions about contract and billing.
Do part-time and temporary staff count towards the employee threshold?
Yes. For the 50-employee threshold the Act counts every employee by headcount, regardless of hours. Part-time staff, temporary staff and apprentices are included; freelancers generally are not.
Does each report incoming cost extra?
No. The price is per company per month, regardless of how many reports arrive. A channel that gets more expensive the more it is used would be an incentive against exactly what the law intends.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Yes. Paying annually drops two monthly instalments — the yearly price sits directly under the monthly one on every plan. The scope is identical, and you can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, at any time and in both directions. The change takes effect from the next billing period; open cases and running deadlines are unaffected.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. From the Professional plan onwards you can pay by invoice with annual billing. Talk to us if your procurement needs a purchase-order number or a supplier form.
How long are we tied in?
Cancel monthly. With annual payment the contract runs to the end of the paid period and only renews if you do not cancel.
What happens to the reports after cancellation?
You can export every case file. The data is then deleted after the retention period you choose — at the latest three years after the respective case closes, as the Act requires.
